摘要 温度及变形制度是中厚板轧制过程中的控制难点。尤其在采用控制轧制工艺生产特厚钢板时,实现全断面变形及温度均匀控制、保证组织性能均匀性的难度更大。差温轧制工艺就是在钢板轧制过程中实施极速浇水控冷,实现钢板上、下表面快速降温,与心部产生巨大温差,轧制时使钢板上、下表面的变形抗力远远大于钢板心部,心部变形量大于上、下表面变形量,从而提升特厚钢板心部性能,改善钢板整体性能。差温轧制工艺在国内尚处于起步阶段,尚未得到广泛应用。兴澄特钢结合自身品种特点,基于现有工艺装备条件,针对差温轧制工艺进行深入试验研究。 The control of temperature and deformation schedule is a difficult point in plate rolling process.Especially in the production of extra heavy steel plate by controlled rolling process,it is more difficult to achieve uniform control of the whole section deformation and temperature,and to ensure the uniformity of microstructure and properties.The differential temperature rolling process is the implementation of rapid controlled water cooling during plate rolling to achieve rapid temperature drop on the upper and lower surfaces,to generate huge temperature difference between the surfaces and the center,to enable higher deformation resistance of the surfaces than that of the center,and larger deformation amount of the center than that of the surfaces,thus to improve the mechanical properties at the center and the entire plate body.The differential temperature rolling process application is still at its initial stage in China and not widely used.Xingcheng Special Steel carries out further test and in-depth research on differential temperature rolling process on the basis of the product mix features and existing technological equipment conditions.
