邯钢3500 mm中厚板厂高压水除鳞系统改造方案探讨

摘要 通过计算比较改造前、后高压水除鳞系统供水能力,原高压水除鳞泵站系统不能满足中厚板厂整体升级改造后轧线3点除鳞的尖峰用水需求。结合该厂及其他中厚板厂生产经验,对原高压水除鳞泵站系统进行重新设计并提出改造方案,在原泵组系统基础上增加泵组和蓄能器气水罐,调整除鳞蓄能器系统内水气比例,增大泵组除鳞水供水能力和蓄能器机动除鳞水供水能力,以同时满足1个轧制周期内除鳞水尖峰用量和除鳞喷嘴处的除鳞水压力要求。 By calculating and comparing the water supply capacity of the high-pressure water descaling system before and after transformation,the original high-pressure water descaling pump station system can not meet the peak water demand of the three-point descaling in the rolling line after the overall upgrading and transformation of the plate plant.Combined with the production experience of the plant and other medium and heavy plate plants,the article puts forward the transformation scheme of the original high-pressure water descaling pump station system.On the basis of the original pump system,the air-water tank of pump group and accumulator are added to adjust the proportion of water and air in the descaling accumulator system to increase the descaling water supply capacity of pump group and the power driven descaling water supply capacity of accumulator,and meet the requirements of the peak amount of descaling water and the pressure of descaling water at the nozzle in a rolling cycle at the same time.
