张庄铁矿高阶段边帮光面爆破试验与应用 被引量:4

摘要 张庄铁矿一直采用大直径深孔爆破进行矿石崩落回采,新中段增加至90 m高后,为了有效控制爆破对高边帮完整性的影响,结合本矿山工程特性,通过分析现有控制爆破技术的适用性,引入光面爆破技术,定型孔径、装药直径、炮孔间距等爆破参数后,按不同线装药密度进行爆破工业试验。整个采场爆破后利用空区扫描技术对空区边界形状进行绘制,由此分析各组爆破试验实际效果,并确定了适合张庄铁矿高阶段边帮的主要光面爆破参数为:孔径165 mm、装药直径70 mm、不耦合系数2.36、线装药密度2 kg/m,该技术已在张庄铁矿其他采场广泛应用。 Large diameter deep hole blasting has been used for ore caving mining in Zhangzhuang iron mine.To effectively control the blasting impact on the integrity of the high-stage slope,the mine introduced a smooth blasting technology based on the engineering characteristic of the mine and the application of existing controlled blasting technology when a new middle section increased to 90 m high.According to different linear charge densities,a blasting industrial test was carried out after fixing the blasting parameters such as the hole diameter,charging diameter and hole spacing.By using the goaf scanning technology,the boundary shape of the goaf was drawn after mining of the whole stope.And then,the actual effect of blasting tests in each group was analyzed.Finally,the main smooth blasting parameters suitable for the high-stage slope were determined as follows:the hole diameter was 165 mm,the charging diameter was 70 mm,the decoupling coefficient was 2.36,and the linear charging density was 2 kg/m.This technology has been widely used in the other stopes of Zhangzhuang iron mine.
