Research on Smart Parallel Public Cultural Service System Based on ACP Theory

为解决公共文化服务系统建设过程中文化资源分散以及区域分配不均、文化服务资源与用户需求不匹配、公共文化服务效能不足等问题,提出基于ACP理论的智慧平行公共文化服务系统。文章研究了ACP理论在公共文化服务领域中的应用,提出智慧平行公共文化服务系统的基本框架和系统构架,详细阐述了智慧平行公共文化服务系统的组成要素,指出基于ACP理论的智慧平行公共文化服务系统应以文化数据为驱动进行文化资源建设、文化资源管理和文化资源服务,为公共文化服务系统建设提供一种有效的方法指导。

In order to solve the problems such as scattered cultural resources,uneven regional distribution of cultural resources,mismatch of cultural service resources and user needs,and insufficient efficiency of public cultural services during the construction of public cultural service system,a smart parallel public cultural service system based on ACP theory is proposed in this paper.The paper explores the application of ACP theory in the field of public cultural services,proposes the basic framework and system architecture of smart parallel public cultural service system,and elaborates the components of smart parallel public cultural service system.Finally,the paper points out that the smart parallel public cultural service system based on ACP theory should be driven by cultural data,and carries out cultural resource construction,management,and services,so that provides effective method guidance for the construction of public cultural service system.
