个人信息备份行为影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Personal Information Backup Behavior

信息时代下,信息的重要性不言而喻,但目前用户信息遗失现象普遍,信息备份意识也普遍较低。为探究用户信息备份行为的影响因素,丰富现有研究的相关理论,本文采用质性研究方法,通过半结构化访谈方式进行数据收集,并采用手工编码方式对所收集的资料进行数据分析,进而抽取出影响用户信息备份行为的影响因素。结果表明,用户信息备份行为主要受环境、个人习惯和用户隐私保护意识等因素的影响。

In the Information age,the importance of information is self-evident,but the phenomenon of lose of users information is common and the information backup consciousness is also generally low.In order to explore the influencing factors of users'information backup behavior,enrich the relevant theories of existing research,the paper adopts qualitative method to develop research,uses semi-structured interview method to collect data which is analyzed in hand-coded way,and then extracts the influencing factors of users'information backup behavior.The results show that users'information backup behavior are mainly affected by environmental factors,personal habits and users'privacy protection consciousness.
