二甲双胍联合雌激素及孕激素同步治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病的疗效观察被引量：1

摘要选取2017年1月~2019年1月Pcos并DM患者78例,随机平分为对照组采用雌、孕激素同步治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用二甲双胍联合治疗。结果观察组治疗后LH为(81.34±7.62) mIU/mL、FPG为(5.78±1.11) mmol/L低于对照组的(98.74±10.48) mIU/mL、(7.11±1.82) mmol/L,排卵期睾酮为(2.41±0.94) nmol/L、排卵期雌二醇为(1941.25±144.67) pmol/L低于对照组的(3.76±1.15) nmol/L、(2317.56±174.51) pmol/L,(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.82%略高于对照组的10.26%,(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合雌激素及孕激素可有效治疗Pcos伴DM。
