孕早期甲状腺素水平对妊娠期糖尿病发病的影响

摘要 选择2019年1月至12月50例甲状腺功能正常孕妇作为A组,50例单纯TPOAb阳性的孕妇作为B组,50例单纯低甲状腺素血症孕妇作为C组,检测三组孕妇孕早期的甲状腺功能,分析不同孕妇的甲状腺素水平的妊娠糖尿病发病率。结果 C组1h、2h血糖TSH水平高于A组、B组(P<0.05),FT4水平低于A组、B组,但三组的FT3水平比较(P>0.05),A组GDM发病率为4%,B组为16%,C组为36%(P<0.05)。结论孕早期单纯甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体阳性、单纯低甲状腺素血症可影响糖代谢指标,增加妊娠糖尿病发生风险。
