参苓白术散联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Mesalazine in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:系统评价参苓白术散联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索PudMed、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普、万方和中国知网(CNKI),收集从建库至2020年01月关于参苓白术散联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床随机对照试验(RCT),按纳入和排除标准由两名研究员独立完成文献的质量评价及资料提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17个RCT,共2380例患者。Meta分析结果的总有效率显示,参苓白术散联合美沙拉嗪治疗组比单用美沙拉嗪对照组治疗溃疡性结肠炎在总有效率方面效果更优,差异有统计学意义(OR=3.35,95%CI[2.45,4.60],P<0.00001);在DAI评分改善分析方面,差异有统计学意义(OR=1.24,95%CI[-1.71,-0.77],P<0.00001);在炎症相关因子水平改善、症状缓解时间及中医症候评分的数据指标改善方面,实验组指标改善优于对照组,差异皆有统计学意义;在不良反应方面,差异无统计学意义(OR=0.55,95%CI[0.24,1.26],P=0.16)。结论:参苓白术散联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的治疗效果,并且能够使Sutherland DAI评分、血清中相关炎症因子水平、症状缓解时间及中医症候评分的数据指标改善明显。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Computer search PudMed,Cochrane,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),WeiPu,Wanfang and China Knowledge Network(CNKI),collected from Jianku to January 2020 on Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis The clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT),the quality evaluation and data extraction of the literature were indePendently Performed by two researchers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the Meta analysis was Performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 17 RCTs were included in a total of 2,380 Patients.The total effective rate of meta-analysis showed that the Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with mesalazine group was better than the mesalazine group alone in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.The difference was statistically significant(OR=3.35,95%CI[2.45,4.60],P<0.00001);the difference was statistically significant in the improvement of DAI score(OR=1.24,95%CI[-1.71,-0.77],P<0.00001);In terms of improvement of related factor levels,symptom relief time and improvement of TCM symptom scores,the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions(OR=0.55,95%CI[0.24,1.26],P=0.16).Conclusions Shenqi Baizhu Powder combined with mesalazine has a good therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis,and can improve the Sutherland DAI score,serum related inflammatory factor levels,symptom relief time and TCM symptom scores.
