城乡一体化视角下北京蔬果供给体系建设

摘要 北京蔬果产业结构调整以技术为先导,在提高作物生产效率、精品产出、产业链延伸、提高附加值等方面,从数量型向质量型转变,以满足人们追求美好生活的要求,但在结构调整的过程中也出现一些问题。文章从分析蔬果供给的设施现状、种植技术结构和质量现状、产业机械化供给现状等方面切入,找出存在的问题,提出北京市蔬果供给体系的建设路径。 The adjustment of fruit and vegetable industrial structure takes the technology as the forerunner in Beijing,in order to meet the requirements of people's pursuit of a better life,the transformation from quantity type to quality type has been completed through the transformation in terms of improving crop production efficiency,high-quality output,extending the industrial chain and increasing added value,but there are also some problems in the process of structural adjustment.This paper strats from analyzing the present situation of vegetable and fruit supply facilities,planting technology structure and quality status,industrial mechanization supply status and other aspects,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the construction path of vegetable and fruit supply system in Beijing.
