基于共享理念的高校精准资助体系国际比较及借鉴

International Comparison and Reference of Precision Funding System of Universities Based on Sharing Concept

高等教育事业的蓬勃发展迫切需要与之相配套的高校精准化资助体系。党的十八届五中全会提出了共享发展理念,对于反思和完善我国高校资助政策,构建更加利于实现教育公平和社会发展的资助体系,有着极其重要的指导意义。本文基于共享发展理念的视角,通过对各典型国家的大学生精准资助体系进行分析比较,从而为完善我国高校精准资助体系,促进改革发展成果的共享提供借鉴。

with the rapid development of higher education,it is urgent to establish an accurate funding system for colleges and universities.The concept of shared development was put forward in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.It is of great guiding significance for us to reflect and improve the funding policy of colleges and universities in China,and to build a funding system that is more conducive to the realization of educational equity and social development.Based on the perspective of shared development concept,this paper analyzes and compares the precision funding system of college students in typical countries,so as to provide reference for improving the precision funding system of colleges and universities in China and promoting the sharing of reform and development achievements.
