循环经济视角下林业产业发展的若干思考

传统的“高资源投入——低产出——高资源投入”对森林资源产生极大损害。以循环经济发展为依托的产业生态化发展有助于实现多种资源间的整合,推动林业产业有序发展。因此,企业应秉持清洁生产的理念,探索新型林业循环发展模式;科研机构要发挥技术优势,为林业企业提供智力支持;政府可通过财政优惠和惠林政策支持林业循环经济的发展,在多方主体的共同参与下,实现产业的可持续发展。

The traditional"high resource input-low output-high resource input"has caused great damage to forest resources.The ecological development of the industry based on circular economic development can help realize the integration of multiple resources and promote the orderly development of the forestry industry.Therefore,enterprises should adhere to the concept of cleaner production and explore a new forest circular development model;scientific research institutions should give full play to their technological advantages and provide intellectual support for forestry enterprises;the government can support the development of the forestry circular economy through financial concessions and forest policy,so as to achieve sustainable industrial development with the joint participation of multiple subjects.
