摘要
以蓝光、白蓝光、红光、红蓝光、白红光、白光等6种光质作为光源研究了蛋白核小球藻膜的生长以及除镉效果,测定了蛋白核小球藻膜的生物量、蛋白质含量、光合色素含量,分析了其除镉效果。结果表明:蓝光为蛋白核小球藻膜生长的最适宜光质,蛋白核小球藻膜的生物量达到0.61 g/L,蛋白质、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素的质量浓度分别为0.22、1.74、0.26 mg/L;蛋白核小球藻膜在1 h内可以快速吸附镉,在红光条件下,其除镉效果最好,去除率达82.62%。
In this paper,six light qualities including blue light,white blue light,red light,red blue light,white red light,and white light are used as light sources to study the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa biofilm and the effect of cadmium removal.The biomass,protein content,and photosynthetic pigment content of the Chlorella pyrenoidosa membrane are evaluated,and the cadmium removal effect is analyzed.The results are as follows.Blue light is the most suitable light quality for the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa membrane,and the biomass of Chlorella pyrenoidosa biofilm reaches 0.61 g/L.The mass concentrations of protein,chlorophyll a,and carotenoids are 0.22 mg/L,1.74 mg/L,and 0.26 mg/L,respectively.The membrane of Chlorella pyrenoidosa can quickly adsorb cadmium within one hour.Under red light conditions,the cadmium removal effect is the best,with a removal rate of 82.62%.
