彩色多普勒超声检查在慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

目的研究彩色多普勒超声检查对于诊断慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年7月收治的70例慢性乙型肝炎患者为试验组,并选取我院70名同期参加健康体检者为对照组,给予所有试验对象彩色多普勒超声检查,随后对比两组检查结果。结果试验组慢性乙型肝炎各阶段患者与对照组相比较,门静脉内径指标有明显差异(P<0.05);中度、重度慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化患者脾静脉内径、肝静脉内经指标、肝静脉频谱与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论利用彩色多普勒超声检查可以诊断慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝纤维化及纤维化程度。

Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Methods Select 70 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 as the experimental group,and select 70 peoples in our hospital who participated in the health checkup at the same time as the control group,and give all experimental subjects color Doppler ultrasound examinations,And then compare the two inspection results.Results Comparing patients with chronic hepatitis B in the experimental group and the control group at various stages,the portal vein diameter indexes were significantly different(P<0.05);the splenic vein diameter,hepatic vein internal meridian indexes,hepatic veins of patients with moderate and severe chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis Compared with the control group,the frequency spectrum is significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to diagnose chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis and the degree of fibrosis.
