肺康复训练对肺尘埃沉着病合并COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Pneumoconiosis COPD

目的探究肺康复训练对肺尘埃沉着病合并慢性阻塞性肺炎(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法收集2019年1月至2019年12月我院就诊的98例肺尘埃沉着病合并COPD患者资料,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上行肺康复训练,比较两组患者动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)指标、肺功能改善情况、生活质量。结果两组患者PaO2、PaCO2均明显改善,且观察组PaO2明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05);患者肺功能指标中6 min步行距离、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对肺尘埃沉着病合并COPD患者行肺康复训练可有效改善患者肺功能指标,减少患者CO2潴留,提高患者生活质量,为患者治疗后康复起到重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods Between January 2019 and December 2019,our hospital 98 cases of pneumoconiosis combined the COPD patient data,patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group patients with routine nursing care,observation group of patients based on this,the upward pulmonary rehabilitation training,compare two groups of patients with arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and arterial blood(PaO2)co2 partial pressure(PaCO2)index,pulmonary function improvement,quality of life.Results PaO2 and PaCO2 in 2 groups were significantly improved,and PaO2 in observation group was significantly higher than control group,and PaCO2 was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),including 6 min walking distance,1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC.The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with COPD can effectively improve pulmonary function indexes,reduce CO2 retention,improve the quality of life of patients,and play an important role in the rehabilitation of patients after treatment.
