米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗瘢痕妊娠患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Scar Pregnancy

目的探讨瘢痕妊娠患者采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗的可行性与临床效果,以期为瘢痕妊娠患者的用药治疗提供参考。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年5月收治的72例瘢痕妊娠患者,结合治疗方法的不同将72例瘢痕妊娠患者随机进行分组(对照组、联合组),每组36例。对照组采取米非司酮治疗,联合组采取米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗。比较两组患者治疗期间阴道出血量、子宫大小、孕囊大小、血清β-HCG浓度变化情况以及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者阴道出血量、子宫大小、孕囊大小、血清β-HCG浓度、临床总有效率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗瘢痕妊娠患者的临床疗效好、安全性高,可以促进患者症状体征的改善。

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in patients with scar pregnancy,in order to provide a reference for the medication treatment of scar pregnancy patients.Methods Select 72 cases of scar pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019,According to different treatment methods,they were randomly divided into control group and combination group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the combination group was treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol.Comparison of vaginal bleeding,uterine size,gestational sac size,changes in serumβ-HCG concentration,treatment effects and adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the amount of vaginal bleeding,uterine size,gestational sac size,serumβ-HCG concentration,clinical total effective rate,and incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol has a good clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of scar pregnancy patients,and can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms and signs.
