双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌对儿童厌食症患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder Combined with Zinc Gluconate on Children with Anorexia

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌对儿童厌食症患者的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2017年8月至2019年10月收治的84例儿童厌食症患者为研究对象,收集患儿病例资料进行回顾性分析,依据用药方案不同分为对照组与研究组。其中对照组(41例)口服葡萄糖酸锌治疗,研究组(43例)使用双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前后食欲调节因子血清胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)以及进食效果。结果治疗后两组患儿MTL、SP水平较治疗前升高,且研究组患儿MTL、SP水平显著高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患儿治疗后食欲、进食量及进食时间等厌食症状改善有效率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合葡萄糖酸锌可提高患儿食欲调节因子胃动素、P物质含量,增强患儿食欲,改善患儿厌食症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple viable powder combined with zinc gluconate in children with anorexia.Methods Eighty-four children with anorexia admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were included as the study subjects,and the data of the cases were collected and analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group:41 children treated with oral zinc gluconate;study group:43 children treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable powder combined with zinc gluconate.The appetite regulator serum motilin(MTL)and substance P(SP)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and eating effect.Results After treatment,the MTL and SP levels of the two groups of children were higher than before treatment,and the MTL and SP levels of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the study group was anorexia,such as appetite,food intake and eating time after treatment The effective rate of symptom improvement was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable powder combined with zinc gluconate can improve the content of appetite regulator motilin and substance P,enhance appetite of children,improve anorexia symptoms of children,and significantly improve the effective rate after treatment.
