子宫背带式缝合术对剖宫产术后出血的疗效

Curative Effect of Hysterectomy with Suture in Treating Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

目的分析子宫背带式缝合术对剖宫产术后出血的疗效。方法选取本院2019年3月至2020年6月妇产科收治的80例剖宫产术后出血产妇,随机进行分组,常规组患者采取宫腔内纱条填塞方法治疗,研究组采取子宫背带式缝合术治疗。比较两组剖宫产术后2 h总失血量、剖宫产术后24 h总失血量、剖宫产术后止血效果及并发症发生率。结果研究组剖宫产术后2、24 h总失血量少于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组剖宫产术后止血效果高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术对剖宫产术后出血的治疗效果确切,可有效减少剖宫产术后出血,提高治疗效果,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of uterine suspensor suture in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 cases of bleeding women after cesarean section admitted to the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the conventional group were treated with intrauterine gauze packing,while patients in the study group were treated with uterine strap suture.The total blood loss at 2 h after cesarean section,the total blood loss at 24 h after cesarean section,the hemostatic effect of hemorrhage after cesarean section,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total blood loss at 2 h and 24 h after cesarean section in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The effect of bleeding and hemostasis after cesarean section was higher in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hysterectomy suture technique has a definite effect on bleeding after cesarean section,can effectively reduce the bleeding after cesarean section,improve the treatment effect,and is safe.
