阿司匹林与氯吡格雷对卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效的影响

Evaluation of the Effect of Aspirin and Clopidogrel on the Efficacy of Captopril in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析接受卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者治疗过程中增加阿司匹林与氯吡格雷治疗的效果。方法从我院随机选定56例接受卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,就诊于2017年4月至2019年3月,随机双盲法分组,为28例试验组患者采取氯吡格雷治疗,为28例对照组患者采取阿司匹林治疗。将两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果试验组心功能改善情况、心血管事件发生率均较对照组更加理想,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论接受卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者治疗过程中增加氯吡格雷治疗,治疗效果明显优于阿司匹林,可明显改善患者心功能,有效降低患者心血管事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of adding aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients receiving captopril.Methods A total of 56 patients with chronic heart failure receiving captopril were randomly selected from our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019.A total of 28 patients in the experimental group were treated with clopidogrel,and 28 patients in the control group were treated with aspirin.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The improvement of cardiac function and the incidence of cardiovascular events in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of patients with chronic heart failure treated with captopril,clopidogrel is significantly better than aspirin,which can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients and effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
