运用CT、MRI放射诊断股骨头坏死的比较

目的比较在为股骨头坏死患者实施放射诊断的过程中CT与MRI的临床应用价值。方法本次试验研究的对象为我院在2017年1月至2019年1月收治的接受股骨头坏死治疗的患者86例,所有患者均经过病理活检确诊为股骨头坏死,根据患者影像学放射诊断方法的不同将其分为两组,给予MRI放射诊断的43例患者作为试验组,给予CT放射诊断的43例患者作为对比组,对比分析两种放射诊断方法的诊断准确率。结果试验组患者诊断有效率为95.35%,显著高于对比组的79.07%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨头坏死患者MRI的应用效果显著优于CT,具有更高的诊断准确率。

Objective To compare the clinical application value of CT and MRI in the process of radiotherapy for patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods Egithy-six patients with femoral head necrosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were taken as experimental subjects.All patients were diagnosed as femoral head necrosis by pathological biopsy.According to the different radiographic diagnostic methods of patients,they were divided into two groups.43 patients with MRI radiation diagnosis were taken as experimental group,43 patients with CT radiation diagnosis were taken as contrast group,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35%,the diagnostic effective rate of the patients in the comparison group was 79.07%,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Both CT and MRI have certain application value in the process of imaging diagnosis for patients with femoral head necrosis,and MRI has significantly better application effect than CT and higher diagnostic accuracy.
