英夫利昔单抗联合硫唑嘌呤在克罗恩病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Infliximab and Azathioprine in the Treatment of Crohn's Patients

目的探究英夫利昔单抗联合硫唑嘌呤在克罗恩病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月医院收治的68例克罗恩病患者,采用摸球法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组采用英夫利昔单抗联合硫唑嘌呤治疗,对照组采用综合治疗,对比不同方法的疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、腹痛症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均低于对照组,清蛋白、血清总蛋白均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论英夫利昔单抗联合硫唑嘌呤在克罗恩病患者治疗中的应用效果显著,有助于缩短患者的临床症状缓解时间,改善生化指标水平。

Objective To explore the effect of infliximab combined with azathioprine in the treatment of Crohn patients.Methods A total of 68 Crohn patients were admitted to this hospital,and they were divided into observation group and control group by ball touch,with 34 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with infliximab combined with azathioprine,control group was treated with comprehensive treatment,and the efficacy of different methods was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood cell sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,and white blood cell counts of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and albumin and total serum protein were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Infliximab combined with azathioprine has a significant effect in the treatment of Crohn patients,which helps to shorten the time of clinical symptom relief and improve the level of biochemical indicators.
