尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Urine Sediment and Urine Routine in Urine Test

目的分析尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的相关性。方法选择本院于2017年2月至2019年2月行尿液样本采集的250例患者作为研究对象,均行显微镜尿沉渣检测和尿常规检验,比较2种检测方法的白细胞阳性率、红细胞阳性率及尿蛋白阳性率结果,分析白白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白结果的符合率。结果尿沉渣镜检白细胞、红细胞及尿蛋白阳性率分别为20.80%、20.40%、16.40%,与尿常规阳性结果21.60%、21.20%、18.00%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞阳性符合率为20.80%,阴性符合率为77.60%,合计符合率为98.40%,白细胞阳性符合率为20.00%,阴性符合率为78.40%,合计符合率为98.40%,尿蛋白阳性符合率为16.00%,阴性符合率为82.00%,合计符合率为98.00%。结论在尿液检验中采用尿沉渣和尿常规检验均具有较高的价值。传统尿沉渣具有其独特的优势,不可替代,必要时可采用2种方法联合检测,以提高准确率。

Objective To analyze the correlation between urine sediment and urine routine in urine test.Methods A total of 250 patients who underwent urine sample collection from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.Microscopic urine sediment test and urine routine test were performed.The white blood cell positive rate of the two methods was compared.The results of erythrocyte positive rate and urine protein positive rate were analyzed,and the coincidence rates of white blood cells,red blood cells and urine protein were analyzed.Results The positive rates of white blood cells,red blood cells and urine protein in urine sediment were 20.80%,20.40%,and 16.40%,and the positive results of urine routine were 21.60%,21.20%,and 18.00%,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The positive rate of erythrocyte positive rate was 20.80%,the negative coincidence rate was 77.60%,the total coincidence rate was 98.40%,the white blood cell positive coincidence rate was 20.00%,the negative coincidence rate was 78.40%,the total coincidence rate was 98.40%,and the urine protein positive coincidence rate.16.00%,the negative coincidence rate was 82.00%,and the total coincidence rate was 98.00%.Conclusion Urine sediment and urine routine test have high value in urine test,and traditional urine sediment still has its unique advantages,which is irreplaceable.If necessary,two methods can be combined to improve the accurate value.Has a high research value.
