枳实导滞丸加减治疗慢传输型便秘热积秘证患者的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Zhishi Daozhi Pill on Constipation of Slow Transit Type with Heat Accumulation

目的分析在慢传输型便秘热积秘证患者中应用枳实导滞丸加减治疗的效果。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年6月收治的120例慢传输型便秘热积秘证患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将以上患者分为观察组及对照组,每组60例。观察组使用枳实导滞丸加减治疗,对照组使用麻仁丸联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后的主要症状评分。结果与对照组患者相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者疾病相关症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者疾病相关症状评分均较治疗前改善,但观察组评分明显比对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢传输型便秘热积秘证患者,应用枳实导滞丸加减治疗具有良好的效果,对患者相关症状的改善作用明显。

Objective To study the effect of modified zhishi daozhi pills in treating slow transit constipation heat accumulation syndrome.Methods A total of 120 cases of slow transit constipation with heat accumulation syndrome in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the above patients were divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with zhishi daozhi pills,and the control group was treated with maren pills combined with mosapride citrate tablets.The therapeutic effect and main symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of disease-related symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the score of disease-related symptoms of the two groups were improved,but the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)。Conclusion For slow transit constipation patients with heat accumulation secret syndrome,the application of zhishi saozhi pill has a good effect on the improvement of related symptoms.
