肺康复锻炼在支气管哮喘患者中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Lung Rehabilitation Exercise in Nursing Care of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨肺康复锻炼在支气管哮喘患者中的护理效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年10月我院收治的81例支气管哮喘患者,将其按照抽签法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用肺康复训练,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组哮喘控制率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);护理前,两组哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评分、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组ACT评分、PEFR、FVC、FEV1明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺康复锻炼在支气管哮喘患者护理中的效果突出,有助于积极控制哮喘症状,并改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of pulmonary rehabilitation exercise in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 81 cases of patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to the lottery method.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and pulmonary rehabilitation training was performed in the observation group on this basis,and nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The asthma control rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of asthma control test(ACT)scores,peak expiratory flow(PEFR),forced vital capacity(FVC),and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)(P>0.05).After nursing,the ACT score,PEFR,FVC and FEV1 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation exercises have outstanding effects in the care of patients with bronchial asthma,which helps to actively control asthma symptoms and improve the patients'lung function.
