Effect of High-guality Nursing Intervention on Cervical Cancer Patients

目的探讨子宫颈癌患者实施优质护理干预的效果。方法选择沈阳市妇婴医院2017年1月至2019年4月收治的97例子宫颈癌患者,根据症状、体征、专科检查及病理结果符合《妇产科学》子宫颈癌诊断标准。利用编号方法将患者随机分为观察组(49例)和对照组(48例)。观察组患者采取优质护理干预措施,对照组患者采取常规护理措施。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的并发症总发生率、护理满意度、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预在子宫颈癌患者的围手术期护理中具有重要的作用,有利于降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with cervical cancer.Methods The 97 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected and met the diagnostic criteria of cervical cancer in obstetrics and gynecology according to their symptoms,signs,specialist examinations and pathological results.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(48 cases)using the numbering method.Patients in the observation group took high-quality nursing intervention measures,and patients in the control group took conventional nursing measures.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,and length of stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention plays an important role in the perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer,which helps reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
