优质护理对子宫脱垂患者的影响分析

Analyze the Effect of High-quality Nursing on Patients with Uterine Prolapse

目的探讨优质护理对子宫脱垂患者的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于我院接受手术治疗的70例子宫脱垂患者,采取随机数字表法将70例患者均分为两组,对照组和观察组各为35例,围手术期分别给予常规护理和优质护理,观察两组患者护理满意度、不良反应、护理前后生活质量及心理状态。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应(便秘、静脉血栓、压疮)发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者生活质量评分(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态)、心理状态(抑郁评分、焦虑评分)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组生活质量评分均比对照组高,心理状态评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对子宫脱垂患者实施优质护理,可有效缓解患者心理负面情绪,改善患者生活质量,降低不良反应,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on uterine prolapse patients.Methods from january 2019 to january 2020,70 cases of uterine prolapse were treated in our hospital,70 cases were divided into two groups by random digital table method,35 cases were in control group and observation group,in the perioperative period,routine care and high-quality care were given respectively.Observe the nursing satisfaction,adverse reactions,quality of life before and after nursing and psychological state of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of constipation,venous thrombosis and pressure sores was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life score(somatic function,psychological function,social function,material life state),psychological state(depression score,anxiety score)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the life quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the mental state scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality nursing of patients with uterine prolapse can effectively relieve the negative emotion and improve the health of patients quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,patient care satisfaction is higher,worthy of clinical application.
