全面护理在胆结石患者护理中的应用效果

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Gallstones

目的探讨胆结石患者围手术期间应用全面护理的效果。方法选择本院于2019年5月至2020年5月收治的胆结石患者91例作为研究对象,均行腹腔镜胆结石清除术治疗,按照患者入院时间排序,随机数字表分为两组,对照组(45例,采用常规护理),观察组(46例,在对照组基础上行全面护理),分析两组患者术后指标、并发症情况。结果观察组患者排气时间、住院时间、VAS评分、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆结石患者围手术期采用全面护理措施,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on cholelithiasis patients during perioperative period.Methods Ninety-one patients with gallstones in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were all treated with laparoscopic gallstone removal.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the control group(45 cases,using conventional nursing)and the observation group(46 cases,using comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group).The postoperative indicators and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The exhaust time,hospital stay,VAS score,and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gallstones perioperative comprehensive nursing measures,nursing effect is significant.
