综合护理预防腹部手术后并发粘连性肠梗阻的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing to Prevent Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction after Abdominal Surgery

目的分析腹部手术后患者并发粘连性肠梗阻并发症的原因,评价综合护理干预预防效果,以提高腹部手术患者安全性、加速患者康复。方法选择我院2018年8月至2019年8月的120例腹部手术患者,根据护理方案进行分组,对照组60例、观察组60例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后粘连性肠梗阻发生率、生活质量、护理满意度、炎性水平、胃肠功能恢复时间以及粘连性肠梗阻疾病认知、治疗配合度评分情况。结果组间术后粘连性肠梗阻发生率以及胃肠功能恢复时间比较,观察组明显少于对照组P<0.05。组间GQOL-74生活质量评分、护理满意度、炎性水平以及粘连性肠梗阻疾病认知、治疗配合度评分比较,观察组均明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论综合护理干预可有效降低腹部手术患者术后粘连性肠梗阻的发生率。

Objective To analyze the causes of complications of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery and to evaluate the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in order to improve the safety of abdominal surgery patients and accelerate their recovery.Methods All 120 patients with abdominal surgery from August 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the nursing plan.There were 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group underwent routine care,and the patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of adhesive intestinal obstruction,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,inflammatory level,and recovery time of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups after abdominal surgery.And the cognition of adhesive intestinal obstruction disease and the score of treatment coordination.Results The incidence of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction and recovery time of gastrointestinal function between the groups were significantly less in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.The GQOL-74 quality of life score,nursing satisfaction,inflammatory level,and adhesion intestinal obstruction disease cognition and treatment coordination score were compared between the groups,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adhesive ileus in patients with abdominal surgery.
