摘要
目的探究饮食护理干预应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中对其康复效果的影响。方法本研究选取2017年3月至2018年9月的71例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,以奇偶数分组法将分为常规组(共35例,采取常规饮食干预)和护理组(共36例,根据营养状态采取饮食护理干预),对比两组患者护理前后的血清蛋白变化情况以及生活质量。结果护理前两组患者的血清白蛋白水平、血清前白蛋白水平差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后护理组各项血清蛋白指标水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者生理领域、心理领域、其他领域的评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后护理组各评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者康复具有积极影响。
Objective To explore the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods This study selected 71 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from March 2017 to September 2018 and divided them into a routine group(a total of 35 cases,with routine dietary intervention)and a nursing group(a total of 36 cases,according to the odd and even number grouping method).Nutritional status adopts diet nursing intervention)to compare the changes of serum protein and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the serum albumin levels and serum prealbumin levels of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum protein indexes in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of the two groups of patients in the physiological,psychological,and other areas were similar(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing intervention has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
