快速康复护理干预应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术的效果观察

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Laparoscopic Hysteromyoma Surgery was Observed

目的观察快速康复护理用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术中的效果。方法采集60例于2017年4月至2018年8月来我院治疗的子宫肌瘤患者,遵照随机原则分为甲、乙两组,围手术期分别实施常规护理、快速康复护理干预,比较两组患者应激反应指标、并发症发生率及疼痛情况。结果乙组患者心率、平均动脉压、血糖、皮质醇水平均低于甲组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);经VAS量表评估,术后乙组患者主观疼痛感比甲组更为轻微(P<0.05);甲、乙组患者术后并发症发生率依次为13.3%、3.3%,两组并发症发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤围手术期推行快速康复护理,创伤小、安全性高,有益于改善患者的应激反应,减轻术后疼痛,促进术后身体各项功能快速康复,降低并发症发生的风险,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic hysteromyoma operation.Methods Sixty patients with Hysteromyoma who came to our hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B,the stress response index,complication rate and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,blood glucose and cortisol levels in group B were significantly lower than those in group a(P<0.05),the postoperative subjective pain in group B was milder than that in group a(P<0.05),and the postoperative complications in group A and group B were 13.3%and 3.3%respectively,the incidence of postoperative complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group a(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast recovery nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic myoma of uterus is of little trauma and high safety,which is beneficial to improve patients'stress reaction,reduce postoperative pain,promote the recovery of body function and reduce the risk of complications.
