骨科康复护理在脊柱脊髓损伤患者中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Orthopedic Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨骨科康复护理在脊柱脊髓损伤患者中的临床效果。方法搜集2017年3月至2020年2月在本院接受治疗的114例脊柱脊髓损伤患者的病历资料,依据患者护理方式分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组52例采用常规护理方式,观察组62例采用康复护理方式,对比两组护理后临床效果应用日常生活能力指数Barthel、Fugl-Meyer运动评分及脊髓功能JOA评分评定及治疗后并发症。结果两组护理后1、3个月Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer评分较护理前均显著升高,且观察组Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率6.45%(4/62)低于对照组患者19.23%(9/52),P<0.05。结论脊柱骨折伴有脊髓损伤患者,应用康复护理模式可提高患者治疗后脊髓功能恢复效果,日常生活能力水平显著提高,治疗期间并发症发生率降低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Medical records of 114 patients with spinal cord injury treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2020 were collected.The patients were grouped according to the way of patient care.The patients were divided into control group:52 patients with conventional nursing methods,and observation group:62 patients with rehabilitation nursing measures.The clinical effects after nursing were compared using the daily living ability index Barthel,Fugl-Meyer motor score to assess the complications after treatment.Results The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the nursing at 1 and 3 months after nursing,and the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 6.45%(4/62)lower than 19.23%(9/52)of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For spinal fracture patients with spinal cord injury,the application of rehabilitation nursing model can improve the recovery effect of spinal cord function,improve the level of daily living ability significantly,and reduce the incidence of complications during treatment.
