脑立体定向血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者的术后护理效果

Postoperative Nursing Effect of Stereotactic Hematoma Removal for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨脑立体定向血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者的术后护理效果。方法选取沈阳市第九人民医院收治的58例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,时间为2016年3月至2018年6月。将患者随机分成试验组(n=29)和对照组(n=29)。两组患者均给予脑立体定向血肿清除术治疗,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果试验组的护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对应用脑立体定向血肿清除术治疗的高血压脑出血患者进行术后护理非常重要,能明显提高临床护理总有效率。

Objective To explore the nursing effective rate of cerebral stereotactic hematoma clearance in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 58 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shenyang Ninth People's Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,29 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given stereotactic hematoma clearance treatment,the control group was given routine care,the experimental group was given personalized care on the basis of the control group,the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative nursing for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotactic brain hematoma clearance is very important.It can obviously improve the total effective rate of clinical nursing.
