胃癌患者根治术后早期护理对胃肠功能及胃乏力的改善效果

Effect of Early Nursing Care on the Improvement of Gastrointestinal Function and Gastric Fatigue in Patients with Gastric Cancer after Radical Operation

目的探讨早期护理措施应用在胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能和胃乏力方面的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年11月医院收治的84例进行胃癌根治术治疗的患者,通过平均抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。观察组采用早期护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的胃肠功能和胃乏力发生情况。结果观察组胃乏力发生率为95.24%(4/42),对照组胃乏力发生率为23.81%(10/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的首次进食时间、首次肛门排气时间和首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对接受胃癌根治术的患者配合早期护理进行干预能够有效促进其胃肠功能的恢复,降低胃乏力的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of early nursing measures on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and gastric fatigue in patients with radical gastric cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent radical gastric cancer treatment admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by an average lottery method,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group used early care,and the control group used conventional care.The gastrointestinal function and the occurrence of gastric fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of gastric fatigue in the observation group was 95.24%(4/42),and the incidence of gastric fatigue in the control group was 23.81%(10/42),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the first meal time of the two groups,the time of first anal exhaust and the time of first defecation were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical intervention for patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery with early care can effectively promote the recovery of their gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of gastric fatigue.
