细节护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detail Nursing in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的研究分析细节护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的患儿126例,随机将所选患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理方案,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上再加入细节护理。对比分析两组患儿护理差错发生情况,不良事件发生情况以及患儿家属对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组护理差错发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对护理服务满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于儿科护理中有助于减少护理差错、不良事件的发生率,有助于提高患儿家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of detail nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,126 children in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing plan,and patients in the observation group were given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The occurrence of nursing errors,adverse events and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail nursing in pediatric nursing can reduce the incidence of nursing errors and adverse events,and improve the satisfaction of the family members of the children with nursing services.
