摘要
柴油发动机进气过程中,其进气压力的大小直接关系着进气量,影响内燃机内燃烧是否充分,确保进气压力保持在合理范围内,才能使有害气体进一步降低,从而增大发动机的功率,使发动机排放更干净。该文就柴油发动机进气压力的监测和工作原理进行探究,并对常见进气压力监测中出现的故障进行分析,提出一些相关建议和解决办法。
In the intake process of a diesel engine,the intake pressure is directly related to the intake air volume and affects whether the combustion in the internal combustion engine is sufficient.Ensure the inlet pressure to keep in the reasonable scope to reduce less harmful gases so as to increase the power of engine and make the engine emissions cleaner.This article explores the monitoring and working principle of the intake pressure of diesel engines,analyzes the failures in common intake pressure monitoring,and puts forward some relevant suggestions and solutions.
