摘要
为加快新农村建设,实现农村地区的科学规划,各个农村地区都开展了房地一体测量。但是,由于传统的测量技术相对落后,在宅基地与房屋调查方面,难以保障测量任务的顺利完成。而无人机倾斜摄影测量技术具有较高的灵活性、适用性等特征,在房地一体测量中的应用具有明显的技术优势。该文结合某工程实例,探讨了无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在农村房地一体调查中的技术流程,结果表明,该技术大大提高了农村房地一体不动产成图的速度,有效节省了人力、物力和财力,获取的数据精度完全满足相关规范要求。
In order to speed up the construction of new countryside and realize the scientific planning of rural areas,all rural areas have carried out the integrated measurement of housing and land.However,due to the relative backwardness of the traditional measurement technology,it is difficult to guarantee the smooth completion of the survey task in terms of homestead and housing survey.The UAV tilt photogrammetry technology has the characteristics of high flexibility and applicability,and has obvious technical advantages in the application of integrated measurement of buildings.In this paper,combined with an engineering example,the technical process of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology in rural real estate integrated survey is discussed.The results show that the technology greatly improves the speed of rural real estate mapping,effectively saves manpower,material and financial resources,and the accuracy of data obtained fully meets the requirements of relevant specifications.
