Implementation and Improvement of Sporadic Maintenance in Hospitals

零星维修是医院规划发展中不可或缺的一项工作,近年来,虽然医院对零星维修的重视程度有所加强,但整体统筹维修难度较大,且施工处理过程中易与科室日常工作计划产生矛盾,导致医院后勤保障发展易出现滞后现象。该文通过对医院内的零星维修情况进行剖析阐述,并对上述问题提出一些改进措施,为促进医院后勤保障发展尽一份力。

Sporadic maintenance is an indispensable work in hospital planning and development.In recent years,although the hospital has paid more attention to the sporadic maintenance,relatively speaking,synchronous promotion of the corresponding organizational management is also the top priority.It is difficult to coordinate the overall maintenance because it is easy to conflict with the daily work plan of the department in the construction process,which leads to the lag of the development of hospital logistics support.This paper analyzes the sporadic maintenance in the hospital and puts forward some improvement measures for the above problems in order to promote the development of hospital logistics support.
