摘要 在新课改背景下,我国素质教育进程不断推进,教育改革也在进一步深入探索,由此高中体育教学也面临着新的挑战和机遇。体育教学本身肩负着促进学生强身健体增强身体素质的任务,同时也承担着缓解学生精神压力的职责,因此高中体育教学完善教学形式提高教学质量至关重要。分层教学法作为新课改背景下的有效教学措施,如何积极运用到高中体育教学中是当前值得深思的问题,那么该文就此角度出发进行简单分析,探索结合分层教学法提升高中体育教学质量和效率的有效策略。 In the context of the new curriculum reform,our country's quality education process continues to advance and the education reform is also further explored.As a result,high school physical education is also facing new challenges and opportunities.Physical education itself shoulders the task of promoting students'physical fitness and improving their physical fitness,and at the same time,it also undertakes the responsibility of alleviating students'mental pressure.Therefore,it is very important for high school physical education to improve the teaching methods and improve the quality of teaching.As an effective teaching measure in the context of the new curriculum reform,the stratified teaching method is currently a question worth pondering on how to actively apply it to high school physical education.Then the article will make a simple analysis from this point of view,and explore combining the stratified teaching method to improve the quality of high school physical education and efficient strategies.
