摘要
课堂是实施"课程思政"的主渠道,教师是开展"课程思政"的主力军,因此提升教师的育德能力是落实"立德树人"根本任务的重要途径,是确保"课程思政"实施成效的主导因素,是夯实教师政治理论素养的重要手段。针对目前高职教师育德意识淡薄、育德能力有限、育德方法陈旧、育德制度缺失等现状,探索了适用于高职教师育德能力提升路径。
Classroom is the main channel to implement"curriculum ideological and political education",and teachers are the main force to carry out"curriculum ideological and political education".Therefore,improving teachers'moral education ability is an important way to implement the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and cultivating people",a leading factor to ensure the implementation effect of"curriculum ideological and political education",and an important means to consolidate teachers'political theoretical literacy.In view of the current situation of weak moral education consciousness,limited ability,outdated methods and lack of moral education system,this paper explores the path to improve the moral education ability of higher vocational teachers.
