摘要
以具有观赏价值的植物花、叶为材料,制成干燥标本,分别用环氧树脂AB胶(水晶滴胶)和新型UV滴胶进行包埋,最后固化脱模制成工艺成品,比较分析新型UV滴胶与不同操作条件下环氧树脂AB胶制作的工艺饰品效果。结果表明:沸水浴加热搅拌AB胶和恒温(40℃)固化可有效减少植物工艺饰品气泡,缩短固化时间;而采用新型UV滴胶制作几乎不产生气泡,固化时间大幅缩短,透明度高,但成本稍高。由此可见,采用环氧树脂AB胶和新型UV滴胶均可获得较佳的植物工艺饰品,具有较好的市场应用前景。
Plant flowers and leaves with ornamental value were used as materials to make dry specimens,which were respectively embedded with epoxy AB glue(crystal glue)and new UV glue.Finally,the finished products were cured and unmoulded.Compared and analyzed the effect of new UV glue and epoxy AB glue under different operating con⁃ditions.The results showed that boiling water bath heating,stirring AB glue and curing at a constant temperature(40℃)could effectively reduce the bubble of plant craft ornaments and shorten the curing time.The new type of UV glue produced almost no bubbles,curing time greatly shortened,high transparency,but slightly high cost.Therefore,the use of epoxy AB glue and the new type of UV glue can get better plant craft ornaments,has a higher market appli⁃cation prospect.
