环形法兰密封面现场修复机设计与有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 在化工设备常用可拆式连接密封面使用过程中,密封面会因各种原因而失效,需要进行修复。设计了一种用于化工设备环形法兰密封面现场修复的可移动式修复机,其质量轻、结构紧凑、精密、可控、可调、运输方便、安装简单快捷且加工耗时少。采用模块化设计原则,将修复机按功能分成动力、走刀和支撑3个单元模块,使用时在现场组装即可。修复机最大加工直径600 mm,加工的尺寸精度、形状精度和位置精度均较高。采用ABAQUS软件对修复机整体及其杆件受力结构进行有限元应力分析,并利用线性应力评定对杆件危险截面强度进行校核,证明修复机结构形式及选材满足工作要求。 During the application of detachable joint sealing surface of chemical equipment,the sealing surface fails due to various reasons and needs to be repaired.A movable repair machine for on-site repairing of the ring flange sealing surface of chemical equipment was designed,which is light in weight,compact in structure,precise,controllable,adjustable,convenient in transportation,simple and quick to install and less time-consuming during the operation.According to the principle of modular design,the repair machine is divided into three unit modules:power,tool feeding and support,which can be assembled on site.The maximum machining diameter of the repair machine is 600 mm,and the machining accuracy of size,shape and position is high.ABAQUS software was used to analyze the stress of the whole structure of the repair machine and its bar members,and the strength of the dangerous section of the bar was checked by using linear stress assessment.It is proves that the structural form and material selection of the repair machine meet the working requirements.
