摘要
针对某公司克劳斯硫磺回收装置尾气焚烧余热锅炉炉管发生局部腐蚀和穿孔泄漏的问题,采用腐蚀形貌宏观检测、金相组织分析及化学成分分析等失效分析方法确定炉管失效的原因。分析结果表明,在焚烧炉停工期间,炉管外壁发生酸露点腐蚀,造成水冷壁和液包接管穿孔泄漏。针对余热锅炉炉管失效原因提出了相应的防护建议。
Corrosion and perforation leakage were found in the boiler tubes of an exhaust gas waste-heat boiler in a sulfur recovery plant.The failure analysis of chemical component,metallographic structure analysis and morphology analysis were carried out on the leakage tubes.The analysis results show that during the plant shutdown,acid dew point corrosion occurred on the outer wall of the furnace tube,which caused perforation and consequential leakage.Corresponding protection suggestions regarding the failure reason of the waste heat boiler tubes were put forward.
