甲醇制烯烃装置余热锅炉技术改造 被引量:1

摘要 某甲醇制烯烃(DMTO)装置配套的卧式余热锅炉运行时,存在入口烟道炉膛顶部壁温较高、穿墙管道高温烟气泄漏、锅炉排烟温度过高及受热面积灰严重等问题。在利用原余热锅炉土建基础上,将卧式余热锅炉改为立式π型模块化余热锅炉,将原余热锅炉的立柱通过横梁连接成整体框架,同时更换了受热面换热元件并选用新型激波吹灰器。技术改造后余热锅炉的总蒸汽产量由48 t/h上升到53.53 t/h,排烟温度由高于310℃下降至160℃,运行周期延长至1 a以上,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似DMTO装置余热锅炉改造积累了经验。 When a horizontal waste heat boiler in a methanol-to-olefin(DMTO)unit is in operation,there are problems such as high wall temperature at the top of the inlet flue furnace,high-temperature flue gas leakage through wall pipes,excessively high boiler exhaust gas temperature and serious ash accumulation on heating surface.On the basis of the civil construction of the original boiler,the columns of the original waste heat boiler was connected to beams to form an integral frame and the former horizontal boiler was upgraded to a verticalπ-type modular boiler.After the technical transformation,the total steam output of the waste heat boiler increased from 48 t/h to 53.53 t/h,the exhaust gas temperature dropped from higher than 310℃to 160℃,the operation period was extended to more than 1 year and good economic and social benefits were achieved.It accumulated experience for the similar DMTO unit waste heat boiler transformation.
