摘要
我国核电机组类型丰富,无损检测标准多样,对于不同类型的缺陷,采用不同标准进行评定,其结果会有差别。了解这些差别,有利于我们更好地把握标准的验收准则,做出正确的评定。该文在对比相关标准文本的基础上,结合核电厂铁素体管道焊缝上渗透检验发现的不同类型缺陷,采用不同验收标准进行评定,论述不同验收标准的差异,强调选用适用标准的重要性。
There are many types of nuclear power units in China and there are various NDT standards.For different types of defects,different standards are used to evaluate the results.Understanding these differences will help us better grasp the acceptance criteria and make correct assessment.Based on the comparison of relevant standard texts,combined with the different types of defects found in the penetration inspection of ferritic pipe welds in nuclear power plant,different acceptance standards are adopted for evaluation,the differences of different acceptance standards are discussed,and the importance of selecting applicable standards is emphasized.
