摘要
第四次工业革命正以指数级速度迅速展开,其对工程实践能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型"新工科"人才需求迫切。新工科研究和实践应围绕工程教育改革的新理念、新结构、新模式、新质量和新体系展开。新工科教育背景下,高校教育教学质量是检验新工科研究和实践成功与否的唯一标准。高校教育教学质量机制的建立与保障是新工科建设与发展的基础。与传统的高校教育教学质量评价机制相比,新工科背景下的高校教育教学质量评价机制统合学生主体,高校自身以及社会监督,开展多维度教育教学质量评价。
The fourth industrial revolution is rapidly developing at an exponential speed,and it is in urgent need of high-quality"new engineering"talents to master strong engineering ability and international competitiveness.The research and practice of new engineering reform should focus on the new concept,new structure,new mode,new quality and new system of engineering education.Under the background of new engineering education,the quality of education and teaching is the only standard to test the success of new engineering research and practice.The establishment and guarantee of teaching quality in colleges and universities is the foundation of the construction and development of new engineering.Compared with the traditional evaluation mechanism of education and teaching quality in colleges and universities,the evaluation mechanism of education and teaching quality in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering integrates the main body of students,colleges and universities themselves and social supervision to carry out multi-dimensional evaluation of education and teaching quality.
