摘要
柔韧性、协调性、力量性等都是运动员在学习竞技健美操的基本基础,在此基础上才能完成高强度的动作,健美操在参赛规则上又实施了新的规定:运动员在正式比赛时,动作一定要做规范、平衡力要强以及健美操整体下来必须保证标准且没有差错,而这都需要有较强的体能为支撑,所以,运动员的体能训练至关重要。该文主要针对体能训练在健美操教学中的应用讨论。
Flexibility,coordination,strength and so on are the basis for athletes to learn competitive aerobics.Only on this basis can they complete high-intensity movements.In addition,aerobics has implemented new regulations in the rules of competition:when athletes are in the formal competition,the movements must be standardized,the balance must be strong and the aerobics as a whole must be guaranteed to be standard and error free,which all need to have a strong physical support.Therefore,the physical training of athletes is very important.This paper mainly discusses the application of physical training in aerobics teaching.
