沧州市应用型本科与产业深度融合的路径研究

Research on the Path of Deep Integration of Applied Undergraduate and Industry in Cangzhou City

近年来,随着经济产业结构的调整,高素质技能型人才的社会需求量大大增加,国家多次号召建成中国特色职业教育体系。大背景下,我们应该充分发挥政府职能、完善应用型本科校企深度融合的顶层设计,创建校企合作人才交流机制,借鉴国内应用型本科院校校企深度融合的成功经验,摆脱现有困境,以产业结构为基础探索适于沧州当地经济发展的产教融合模式。

In recent years,with the adjustment of economic and industrial structure,the social needs of high-quality skilled talents has been greatly increased and the government has repeatedly called for the establishment of a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Under this background,we should give full play to the government functions,improve the top-level design of the deep integration of application-oriented universities and enterprises,create a talent exchange mechanism of school enterprise cooperation,learn from the successful experience of the deep integration of colleges and enterprises in domestic application-oriented universities,get rid of the existing difficulties,and explore a mode of integration of production and education suitable for Cangzhou's local economic development based on the industrial structure.
