摘要
目的研究门诊西药房质量管理中品管圈的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年3月的门诊西药房管理情况,于品管圈活动实施前、后即2018年1—7月、2018年8月—2019年3月每月随机抽取200张,共收集处方1 400、1 600张,对比品管圈活动管理模式实施前、后的门诊处方调配差错率、门诊处方退单率及工作人员能力评分。结果品管圈活动管理模式实施后门诊西药房的药品调配差错率、门诊处方退单率明显低于实施前,工作人员的各项能力评分均高于实施前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在门诊西药房工作质量管理中采用品管圈活动管理模式,可提升工作人员工作能力及门诊西药房管理质量,临床应用价值高。
Objective To study the application value of quality control circle in quality management of outpatient Western pharmacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of the management of outpatient Western pharmacies from January 2018 to March 2019.Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle activities,that is,from January to July 2018,from August 2018 to March 2019 every month,a total of 200 prescriptions were randomly selected and 1,400 and 1,600 prescriptions were collected.Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle activity management model,the outpatient prescription deployment error rate,outpatient prescription return rate and staff ability scores were compared.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle activity management model,the outpatient prescription allocation error rate and outpatient prescription return rate in the outpatient Western pharmacy were lower than before the implementation,and the staff ability scores were higher than before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle activity management mode in the quality management of outpatient Western pharmacies can help improve the staff's working ability and the management quality of Western pharmacy,which has high clinical application value.
