自体输血和异体输血的临床应用比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较自体输血和异体输血的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月的100例输血患者,以双盲随机抽样法分组,每组样本容量50例,参照组采纳异体输血,试验组采纳自体输血,对比两组凝血功能指标、pH、电解质、输血量、输血费用、住院时间、不良反应发生率。结果试验组术后24、72 h的TBIL、APTT、PT、pH、Na^(+)、K^(+)水平与参照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组输血量及输血费用均少于参照组,住院时间短于参照组,不良反应发生率(2.00%)低于参照组(16.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体输血与异体输血均可改善手术患者凝血功能,但自体输血与异体输血相比较,输血量更少、输血费用更低、住院时间更短、不良反应发生率更低,安全性较高。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of autologous blood transfusion and allogeneic blood transfusion.Methods From June 2018 to June 2020,100 cases of blood transfusion patients were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind random sampling method,50 cases in each group.The control group adopted allogeneic blood transfusion and the experimental group adopted autologous blood transfusion.The coagulation function indexes,pH,electrolyte,blood transfusion volume,blood transfusion cost,hospitalization time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in TBIL,APTT,PT,pH,Na^(+),K^(+) levels between the experimental group and the control group at 24 h and 72 h after operation(P>0.05).The amount of blood transfusion and blood transfusion cost in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both autotransfusion and allogeneic transfusion can improve the coagulation function of patients undergoing intracranial surgery,but compared with allogeneic blood transfusion,autologous blood transfusion has less blood transfusion volume,lower blood transfusion cost,shorter hospital stay,lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher safety.
