分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗青光眼的疗效

Analysis of the Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined With Goniosynechialysis in the Treatment of Glaucoma

目的探讨超声乳化联合房角分离术在青光眼治疗中的应用效果。方法将2018年5月—2019年12月本院接收的82例青光眼患者收入本研究中,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例,对照组行单一超声乳化手术治疗,观察组采取超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后观察组的上方、下方黄斑区神经节细胞复合体(macular ganglion cell complex,mGCC)厚度均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后观察组的视力及眼压水平均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用超声乳化结合房角分离术治疗青光眼,不仅可改善视力、眼压水平,同时能够降低并发症发生率,促进治疗效果的提高。

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods 82 cases of glaucoma patients in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were included in this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single phacoemulsification,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the thickness of macular ganglion cell complex(mGCC)in the upper and lower parts of the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of glaucoma can not only improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the treatment effect.
