人本管理思想在提高消化内科护理管理水平中的应用效果分析

Effect of Human-oriented Management in Improving the Nursing Management Level of Digestive Medicine

目的分析消化内科护理管理中采取人本管理思想对于提升护理水平的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2019年7月本院消化内科患者106例,随机数字表法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组实施人本管理思想的护理管理,对比两组患者的服务态度、服务主动性、沟通能力、卫生消毒评分、护理满意度。结果观察组服务态度(99.36±0.18)分、服务主动性(97.52±1.22)分、沟通能力(97.45±1.73)分、卫生消毒评分(96.94±1.14)分,均高于对照组(79.04±8.32)、(79.71±7.81)、(78.91±7.66)、(78.53±6.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度评分为(93.74±1.82)分,对照组的护理满意度评分为(81.85±3.91)分,研究组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人本管理思想可有效提高消化内科护理管理水平,提升护理质量,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of human-oriented management in the nursing management of digestive internal medicine on improving the nursing level.Methods 106 patients in department of gastroenterology of our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,the observation group was given humanistic nursing management,and the service attitude,service initiative,communication ability,disinfection score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of service attitude(99.36±0.18)points,service initiative(97.52±1.22)points,communication ability(97.45±1.73)points and sanitation disinfection(96.94±1.14)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(79.04±8.32),(79.71±7.81),(78.91±7.66),(78.53±6.78)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was(93.74±1.82)points and that of the control group was(81.85±3.91)points,the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The idea of human-oriented management can effectively improve the level of nursing management and the quality of nursing.
